There is not one bad song on the entire album. The combos of various instruments, beats and samples combine to make one hell of an album- the type you pop in your car and do a buck-twenty to.

...and its rating hasn't sunk below 5.0
If that isn't undeniable proof of this album's quality, I don't know what is.

IT'S THE BEST FUCKING ALBUM OF ALL FUCKING TIME... and it's so unbelievably hard, it makes pretty much all metal sound like easy listening. I really cannot stress just how *ESSENTIAL* this record is. If Mozart were alive today, Liam Howlett would be showing him how it's done.

Okay, there's not much to say cause the people before me have pretty much summed it up, but I have this CD and it kicks ass as one of my best Techno CDs. Period. No question.

the "Experience" album isn't really my thing, but this one is AWESOME! Some pretty hard-edged dance music here - and I don't even like to dance... For anyone interested in the Prodigy, this is where to start.

the maddest break- beats ever heard!!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 2, 2000

if you liked the multi- million selling "fat of the land", you gotta run and get this album which was like a dance- revolution back in 1994.
MFTJG is one of the best dance albums ever made with one of the coolest party- tracks ever: "3 kilos"!!!

    Stratosphere blasting beats!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  May 25, 2000

This makes Marylin Manson look like Mandy Moore. Ferocious beats and attitude that merges the FUCK OFF of punk and the hi-energy mentalist junglist style of the English rave scene at it's peak. (Early 90s). Definate highlights include Break & Enter, Voodoo People and the pure adrenaline rush of Claustaphobic Sting.
    Unmissable, and their best work.

    BEST ALBUM OF ALL TIME!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jan 14, 2000

Blimey! What an album. This has got it all. The best prodigy have done. The songs on the album are amazingly crammed with different sounds and moods. Liam Howlett is a genious. Best songs are "break n enter", "Voodoo People" and "No good". But these are to name a few. Its all good. Just buy it!

    A Masterpiece

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Dec 19, 1999

A real life musical masterpiece is hard to find in modern music, but 'The Prodigy' (aka Liam Howlett) has done it with great ease. But don't be fooled it wasn't as easy as it sounds, he just makes it sound easy, and he does it with great skill too. Truely a landmark in electronic music. Alot more focused than 'The Experience' and it also seems to have alot more feeling.
It has everything you could want, crazy dance tunes,('Voodoo People', 'No Good(Start the Dance)') electro-funk,('Poison') and to wrap it all up a trip through the dark a twisted world that is 'The Narcotic Sweet'. '3 Kilos' would have to be one of the tracks that I particularly noticed, and also one of the only tracks on the album with a real acoustic instrument on it. The flutes were inspired.
Easily the best he's done to date and definatly better than the supreme dissappointment that was 'Fat of the Land'. The future sound of music? I certainly hope so...

    Pure Energy

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Aug 28, 1999

"Music For The Jilted Generation" is, though actually a in the meantime pretty old album, in my opinion still the best of The Prodigy's work. It is less experimental than "The Experience" and includes electro influences, some pieces feature real life flutes ("3 Kilos") or guitars ("Voodoo People"). Generally the complete album is excellently mixed and for fans of rough electronic music the right thing to wake up in the morning. Raw songs like "Voodoo People" go along with danceables like "No Good" and even prodigy-unusual trance songs ("Skylined"). Listen and be energized!
