    Earth to the dicks/punk posers/sh**brains lonewolf and brainchild! Sex Pistols kick ass! if you dont like punk than why are you buying a punk record like never mind the bollocks, heres the sex pistols(you did buy record, i hope, if your writing a rev...iew) sex pistols are the best punk band ever (tied with the ramones). anyways its you that doesnt know what punk rock means and the polices drummer! punk is more than music, its about real life, rebeling and much much more. God save the sex pistols (even sid! hes my favorite) because they were as punk as any punk could ever be. id bet you just listen to poser bands like good chalotte and the white stripes so how would you really know what punk is?????????????     Perhaps the most notorious band that ever came out of the 70's, I would compare this band to the likes of Nirvana's Nevermind (coincidently both have the same title head) This album successfully made punk rock the in thing to the masses.     Punk Rock is socially aware, aggressive, and relevant. Obviously you confuse sarcasm with humor, otherwise you would understand why this album (and a few other punk rock essentials, FRESH FRUIT FOR ROTTING VEGETABLES comes to mind), are far from bein...g "comedy records". A more accurate description would be sarcastic, aggressive recordings about the evils of society and major corporations. Read more Less

    Sex Pistols broke all kinds of new ground. Soo much of the "alternative" crap out today is pail and thin, not this. Even after all these years it's batteries have a full charged when played. I'd bet in 50 years people will still listen to Sex Pist...ols, but not Nsync and other crap bands of today. Read more Less
