    Chemical Brothers are some of the most inventive and interesting techno music artists on the scene today. This cd is amazing and I strongly suggest purchasing it..... Just buy it, it kicks ass.

    chill out with this. couple of cool vocal songs like "dream on", "let forever be" and my favourite "asleep from a day". more chillin` than rockin`..

    I've heard the whole album and it's sucks. I Only like two songs on it. Most of the music played here sounds irritating and boring. I you want something better to listen, go get Moby's "PLAY" album. You will change your mind.

    Surrender, you're lost

    Instead of all that was said around "Dig your own hole", one thing that made the album a landmark on the electronica land was this: Identity."Surrender" lost some of it.It's a carefully crafted album but it seems to be heading too many directions, t...hus achieving no goals. "Hey girl hey boy" sounds like acid house. Even the old-fashioned tracks, like "Let Forever Be" lack the Chemical Spirit. Read more Less

    i'm just getting deeper and deeper involved in my weird willing to get all the albums by the chemical brothers, and each time those guys just make me more satisfied and sure they are doing great job. the same story with surrender

    Quite a dissapointment...

    I was gagging for this album after hearing "Dig Your Own Hole" (my favorite album of all time) back in '97, and when i bought it i thought it was just going to be a more up to date version of the beaty funky electro-phoniked tunage that there second ...album was. Boy, was I wrong.Sorry lads, but it just didn't hit the same nerve yiz did in '97. It's shown a more grown up and finely tuned side of the lads that didn't really show in the the other two.In short, this album sounds more like it's been composed, where-as the other two sounded like they were being played, they had that raw edge, if ya know what I mean.Although, I'm not saying that it's a bad album....far from it, it's just not as good as the others. "The Sunshine Underground" and "Under The Influence" are the two best on it anyway....the former being a master-piece of almost "Private Psychadelic Reel" quality (but not quite)Here's a hint guys, stick with the funky grooves and ditch most of them vocals...they're just draggin' yiz down.     My fav album of theirs: Each track is very individual and unique. The best tracks have to be - Music: Response, Orange Wedge, Let Foreever Be, The Sunshine Underground, Surrender and Dream On. The track that sucks is Out Of Control - it's not Chemic...al Brothers, and besides, its crap. Read more Less
